Analysis of close Congressional races

With elections around the corner we take a look at debates that were held in three key upstate Congressional districts across the state.  Incumbents Chris Gibson, Bill Owens and Kathy Hochul are facing stiff challenges in their newly formed areas.  Siena College Pollster Steve Greenberg analyzes these races and five others they’re keeping a close eye on.
