Parks Commissioner on sprucing up New York's parks

This past April, Governor Cuomo announced that as a part of this year’s budget the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation would be receiving $89 million to upgrade facilities all across the state.  Commissioner Rose Harvey sat down with us to discuss the work being done and her biggest challenge upon accepting the position from the governor.  Watch the full interview above.
